In this course, we will create a “Recipe for Joy” using the ingredients of heart, mind, body, soul, relationships, and connection to purpose.
I will offer cutting-edge research from experts in the fields of positive psychology and neuroscience. We will delve into the concept of a “Personal Happiness Set Point” and how we can permanently raise it in order to experience deep happiness from within.
I will incorporate insights and lessons from the brilliant work of Marci Shimoff, Robert Holden, Gay and Katie Hendricks, Mary and Ron Hulnick, and Katherine Woodward Thomas.
